THAT the members of the Board of Directors in its special meeting held on
July 11, 2014, at which a quorum was present and acting throughout, the following
resolutions were unanimously approved:
BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 2014-07-83
BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to authorize Ms. JOURLYN
D. ABRAGAN, Micro-Banking Office (MBO) Manager and Mr. ROMEL T. APUT,
Accounts Officer of DAHBI Carmen MBO to represent in behalf of the Corporation to
file cases, attend court hearings and avail of small claims procedure;
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that Ms. JOURLYN D. ABRAGAN and Mr. ROMEL
T. APUT be granted legal capacity and be authorized, as herein authorized to
represent the Corporation individually or jointly to file cases, including cases under
small claims procedure, litigate, to appear at the hearing and to enter into an
amicable settlement, to submit to alternative modes of dispute resolution, and to
enter into stipulations or admission of facts and of documents and to do the
necessary acts related to and in connection with the case/litigation in consonant
with the primordial interest and purpose of the Corporation, as well as represent the
Corporation until the final determination of the outcome of the case;
RESOLVED, FINALLY, that the above-quoted board resolution is in full force
and effect and has not been revoked or suspended as of this date.
