Now here goes a story about the Romanov Dynasty

The Romanov Dynasty started in 1613
But it came to an end in 1917
Id like to take a minute to tell you how
Catherine the Great became the czar of Russia
She had her husband, Peter III killed to be the new ruler of Russia

In the Romanov Dynasty born and raised

In the empire is where I spent most of my days
Converting to the Orthodox and working hard days
Russia was minding their own business
When Rasputin came around who was up to no good
He started making trouble around the Empire

During the Romanov Dynasty,

Russia became and remained,
A major European Power
Alexander II attempted some liberal reforms
He was trying to modernize the nation
He had no regrets but the serfs were still struggling
The emancipation didnt improve conditions for the serfs

Ayyyy, Nicholas II was schemin and didnt give the people what they wanted

Straight savage! He promised freedom but didnt deliver

He approved Duma, Russias first parliament
Nicholas II made sure Duma would have no power

I pulled up outside the Empire

And I yelled to Rasputin Yo homes smell ya later
I looked at the empire
I was finally here
