REQUIREMENTS FOR WORKING VISA

For Petitioner:
1. Photocopy of Employment Contract, Sec. Cert of Election, appointment or
Assignment of Applicant with details of exact compensation, duration of
employment and comprehensive description of the nature and scope of the
applicants position in the company.
2. Machine-Validated SEC Cert of Registration, Articles of Incorporation, GIS for
the current year stamped received by the SEC
3. Latest ITR of the company with proof of payment
4. Alien Employment Permit issued by DOLE
5. Notarized cert of number of foreign Employees of the company

For the Applicant

1. Curriculum vitae indicating the educational background, work experience and
degree obtained
2. Applicants proof of Tax Identification Number
3. Bureau of Immigration clearance cert
