As per the World Bank Report, Rank of India has slipped to 142 (as against
134 last year) amongst 189 Countries in the ease of doing business index.
Doing business in India is very difficult as the industries have to comply with
unending & cumbersome regulations & laws. It is necessary for an industry,
be it small, medium or large. Non compliance has its own cost &
