1. What caused the conflict between the project managers and the other employees and
what recommendation/solutions based on your academic research into OB theory do
you suggest to minimize the chances of such conflict occurring in the future?
In answering the question regarding the EAPS Case Study, it seems prudent to break up
the answer into two parts: (1) a diagnosis of the historic evidence regarding EAPS that
has led to this tension between two managers, and (2) the solution to the problem that
has been caused by the sudden growth of the company over the two years from the
beginning of 2006 and the end of 2007.
