To Whom It May Concern,

During the past year, I have received services from Melissa
Rudzinski a soon-to-be graduated dental hygienist at the
University of Iowa. I have gotten to know her both as a person
and as a professional in several visits and conversations. She is
outstanding. Melissa takes great care to be thorough and to get
to know the patient. She seems to cover all the bases.
I asked her a tough question at one of our sessions. I said, How
are you going to adapt in your transformation from a student
giving three hours of service to the private realm in which you
cannot possibly perform in this fashion. Her response was wellthought-out and left me with a good feeling that she will perform
all necessary services while eliminating just a few items. She
definitely would take a long view in helping each patient through
a series of regular visits over the years.
Melissa is also an excellent teacher who has helped me to
consider new and useful practices in my own dental health habits.
I really enjoyed my visits with Miss Melissa Rudzinski and can
unequivocally vouch for her personal and professional skills.
Having interviewed and hired hundreds of teachers (even nurses)
in my 40 year career as a teacher and school principal, I would
rate her in the upper 10% of those individuals. Melissa is a topnotched person with very exceptional talents. I would definitely
urge you to interview her.
