Dear PTO,
I am writing to you on behalf of Raymond Academy Writing Night, a school that is working for
the benefit of the students at Raymond Academy. We strive for excellence each and every day at
Raymond Academy. I feel that this Writing Night will benefit the students at Raymond in a way
that all will succeed. Our school is dedicated to helping students be the best they can be.
Your donation will help the students here at Raymond Academy meet their goals. Many
teachers, students, and administrators are already on board to help make this night a memorable
one. Our school is excited and eager to see this Writing Night unfold. You can be a part of this
excitement by supporting the students with a $150.00 donation. The money will be used to
purchase table cloths, table decorations, pencils, journals, stationary, pastries, Hershey kisses,
and, zip lock bags.
