To whom it may concern:

I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation on behalf of Clayton
Jensen who was my capstone student in the American Fork Hospital
Emergency Department. I have had the pleasure of knowing Clayton
professionally, in a clinical and personal manner. His academic record
speaks for itself, and his many accolades are listed on his
accompanying resume. What may not be evident however is that he is
fantastic to work with. Unfortunately he is not with us anymore, but
when he was he was a true asset to our team at the American Fork
Emergency Department and was great with patients being both
insightful and sensitive. He made patients feel safe and comfortable
which in our line of work is very important. Clayton is extremely
attentive to patients needs, which often leads to patients and other
hospital departments requesting his services. His medical knowledge
is such that patients and others often thought he was already a nurse.
His direct supervisors here at the American Fork ED and at
Westminster College are enthusiastic supporters of him.
Clayton has a great sense of humor. I found him very easy to work
with and I give him high marks in the category of interpersonal
relationships and being a team player. He is always punctual and
reliable. He is a quick learner and he takes criticism very well and
without offense.
I have a high level of confidence that Clayton will be a true asset in any
unit and I give this recommendation without any reservation. He will be
a strong asset to any team.
