Dear Parents and/or Guardians,

In order to continue providing your child with a safe environment, we are asking all of you to
adhere to the following:
1. In your childs emergency card, you must include at least 3 names of individuals who
are authorized to pick up your child.
a. Include individuals first and last name
b. Include individuals correct telephone number
c. Include individuals correct address
2. Those authorized to pick up your child MUST be 18 years or older and MUST have
an Identification card with them. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
3. Those authorized to pick up your child must be aware of the following:
a. Your childs first and last name
b. Your childs room letter
c. Most importantly, they MUST know what your child looks like
4. Be advised that those individuals who drop-off your child in the morning may not
necessarily be able to pick up your child in the afternoon. ONLY those whose
names you personally add to the emergency card are authorized to pick up your
child.NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Please understand that your childs safety is our most valued priority, with your support and
involvement, we can ensure absolute success. Therefore, I am asking each one of you to
follow the above mentioned. Together we can ensure the safety of your child!

Estimados Padres y / o Tutores,

Con el fin de seguir proporcionndole a sus hijos con un ambiente seguro, estamos
pidiendo a todos que ejerzan lo siguiente:
1. En la tarjeta de emergencia de su hijo, debe incluir al menos 3 nombres de
personas que estn autorizadas para recoger a su hijo.
a. Incluya el nombre y apellido
b. Incluya el nmero de telfono correcto
c. Incluya la direccin correcta
2. Las personas autorizadas para recoger a sus hijos DEBEN tener 18 aos o ms y
debe tener una tarjeta de identificacin con ellos. NO EXCEPCIONES !!
3. Las personas autorizadas para recoger a sus hijos debe tener en cuenta lo
siguiente:
a. El nombre y apellido de su hijo
b. Letra del saln de su hijo
c. Lo ms importante, DEBEN conocer a sus hijos
4. Por favor tengan en cuenta que las personas que dejan a sus hijos en la maana
pueden no necesariamente recoger a sus hijos en la tarde. Solamente los que
ustedes agrega personalmente a la tarjeta de emergencia estn autorizados a
recoger a su hijo ... .NO EXCEPCIONES !!
Por favor, comprenda que la seguridad de su hijo es nuestra prioridad ms valorado, con
su apoyo y participacin, podemos asegurar el xito absoluto. Por lo tanto, pido a cada uno
de ustedes a seguir las instrucciones anteriores. Juntos podemos garantizar la seguridad
de su hijo!
