March 24, 2015 Dear To Whom It May Concem, | have known Jose Duran for many years, as his teacher for one year and as his volunteer supervisor for two years. | was one of his middle school teachers at Madison Middle School in 6th grade, Since then, Jose has been volunteering as a teacher assistant for past two years in my classroom at Casita Center Elementary School Since middle school, he has grown to a mature, responsible young man. In the past two years, he has demonstrated that he can be dependable, hard-working, and focused, He has always arrived on time to volunteer and completed all the work that he was asked in a competent manner. One recent example of his performance was when | asked him to clean up the class chromebook cart one afternoon. The Sth graders are not very organized and he was abled to efficiently organize the chromebook cart for my ‘students with minimum instruction. | strongly recommend Jose for future employment.
