I will be able to do a thorough assessment on a patient, and be able to provide recommendations
to head nurse

Strategies and recourses to be utilized:
Share relevant information to the different inter-professional bodies to build rapport and trust
Practice speaking to wide variety of people across various cultures to build on my ability to
connect and relate to others
Always be truthful and honest
Evaluation criteria:
I will be able to confidently approach colleagues and patients and share and receive information
that I will treat with care and respect.
I will be able to build and maintain therapeutic relationships

I will utilize various strategies to connect to my clients without crossing the nurse-client
boundaries
