ENGINEERING & DESIGN

All design work will be carried in the HO. Totally 4 members have been included in
process team, it will be headed by process manager and he/she will be assisted by 3 process
engineer, one out of them will take care of THSE. The process team will do the BED, FEED and
detailed design work. THSE will cover HAZID and HAZOP. HAZOP Will be carried out in
FEED stage and EPC stage.
The air fin coolers are designed with 10% design margin of normal heat duty. The pumps
are designed with 10% design margin of normal flow. The heat exchangers are designed with
/U design =1.1 . The trays of column are designed with 50-110 % of normal feed rate.

On a whole, totally 30 Wunderbar employees will be deployed in this project (their
roles are provided in organogram under organization section). They will lead the sub-contractors
who work in this project.
