I think you are doing a great job at:
1. Introducing herself every time she meets a new patient, as well as
greeting and saying goodbye to
patients in the begging and at the end of shifts. __
2. _Being there to help other peers when help was needed for certain
procedures such as dressings, bed transfers or bed shifting.___
3. _Respecting clients regardless of their ethnicities or backgrounds and
performing care equally among all her patients.___
I think you could develop further in the following areas:
1. _Organization: in certains days, Naomi seemed to have difficulties with
organizing her timing. For instance, choosing to perform a dressing change a
few hours after AM care instead of doing it during AM care to save time.__
2. _Punctuality: there were a few days where Naomi showed up on her shift a
little late so this would be an area to work on. This would especially be
important for the patient she is taking care of.__
3. _Documentation: Naomi could use some slight improvement in terms of
documentation considering the timing and level of details included. __
