1. Lhelieve Parampreet is doing a grt herapeutic communication with her patients and
establishing trust within her nurse client relationships. | believe she has excelled within communicating
to her patients as well as colleagues by giving adequate information regarding her patients during shift
report and being able to professionally collaborate within the clinical setting
2. Additionally, | believe Parampreet has excelled in her critical thinking skills and has been able to
correlate her knowledge foundation and present it in clinical by being able to find the relationship
between the patients exhibiting symptoms and relating it to the diagnosis and to intervene
professionally and appropriately to ensure her patients receive high quality care.
3. Lbelieve Parampreet has also been able to excel on her leadership roles and has been able to present
her abilities to take init thin the clinical setting, She has been able to facilitate an engaging
environment and has been able to trust her judgment to provide client centered care,
I think you could develop further in the following areas:
1. L believe Parampreet can improve on her time management skills. She has done a fantastic job in
rioritizing her day, although, there is always room for i L believe she can improve her time
management skills which will f fit her practice when she receives three or more patients to
care for, and she will be prepared further successfully prioritize her day around three or more patients.
