Since the information you have given tallied with our computer records, we have

confirmed that your SS number is 03-5159858-8 and you have been credited with
54 monthly contributions as of November 1999. It appeared also that as of this
date (Jan. 26, 2013), you still have an outstanding loan balance of P46,052.92.
As an OFW, you may continue paying under the OFW coverage and you have the
option to choose your Monthly Salary Credit or monthly contribution from the
minimum amount of P520 to the maximum amount of Pl,560. The breakdown is
available in our website at www.sss.gov.ph. The higher you contribute, the better
benefit you will get in the future. You can pay thru IRemit, WDS -Lucky Money or
Ventaja outlet in your area.
Or, you may ask your representative here in the Phils. to pay your contributions
and loan balance thru Bayad Center, SM Business Center, SSS office with tellering
machine or directly to our Cashiering Dept. here at Diliman, Quezon City. The
prescribed payment return form (RS-5) can be secured from any SSS office or can
be downloaded from our website at www.sss.gov.ph. Please use the same SS
number and always check/mark the appropriate box intended for OFW paying
members when paying your monthly contributions. No retroactive payments shall
be allowed hence, you can no longer pay for the months you missed payments up
to September 2012. You can still pay your contributions for October 2012 to
December 2012 on or before January 31, 2013
Since January 2007, contributions of OFWs for the months of January to December
of a given year may be paid within the same year. Likewise, contributions for the
months of October to December of a given year may also be paid on or before the
31st of January of the succeeding year, or if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday or
Holiday, on the next immediate working day. For more details on OFW coverage,
