The dish I am going to describe is "Black Posta". the


development of this meat may have many variations, each
chef adapts to your personal liking by adding or subtracting
some seasoning; although the recipe of "Black Posta".
retains some common elements that should never be
lacking in their preparation.

For example, there is always a sweet ingredient that can be


brown sugar or Kola Romn. In addition, the meat is
marinated for at least 8 hours and fry thoroughly to acquire
the tan so characteristic

It basically consists of a traditional dish of the Caribbean coast, especially


Cartagena.

Thanks to the changes in their preparation as I mentioned above is that it is


very difficult to prove two equal meals in different places, but basically
consists of thinly sliced beef marinated with onion, vinegar, garlic and other
herbs and also was accompanied by the option of a large variety of rice.

Preparation of the dish

One quarter of a cup of oil.

Two envelopes bouillon

One kilogram and a half of


"posta" or "lad".

One cup of powdered panela.

One large onion into small


cubes.

Three heads chopped


and crushed garlic.

One red peppers into small


cubes.

Four ripe tomatoes, peeled,


seeded and diced.

One quarter of a cup of red


wine.

One quarter of a cup of water.

One third a black gaseous cup.

The night before the preparation we introduce in a large cup


"the posta" or "the lad".
Mix the chopped
garlic. With a
envelope crumbled rib
bouillon. After he
bathes with red wine
and we cover well to
let him marinate
overnight

The next day was a pan heat the


oil and add the panela powder.

After the panela, when put


liquid we introduce the posta
in the pan.
The mix until it practically
black.

Add onion, peppers


into the pan and We let
to cook.
We
add
the
tomatoes,
water,
gaseous black.

Lastly we verify the


flavor
with
other
crumbled rib bouillon.

We cover the pan and


cook for 3 hours or
when the meat is
tender
