The Way Forward

Dear Maam,
Below are the details of the plan of action:

I have worked on Lila Villas list and generated almost 40 Villas. They have
been on my Propspace for quite some time now, but I havent received any
query for them. I have broadcasted the details to the agents and emailed my
inventory to them as well. On the brighter side, I have received other
properties from them in springs, Downtown and off plan (published on
Propspace). I have also spoken to these people and given them details
regarding Dubai Creek Harbor (phase 1 and 2) and Cedre Villas. I will be
sending them emails for Boulevard Heights as well.

I have been assigned two towers of Panorama (T1 and T2). I have sent email
shots 3 times, asking owner to sell or rent their apartments, but I didnt
receive a single response back. However, I have been calling the list and
generated 4 rental properties as of now. I am further calling the list, but most
of the numbers are either switched off or are other agents. I will be sending
you the details for the rental properties that I have generated in Panorama,
today.

The Cedre Villa project is just amazing, and I am totally focused on selling it
and I will sell it (IA). I have had walk-in clients that I am working on. After the
clients visit, I have spoken to each one of them and exchanged emails with
further details as well. As discussed with you, I want to go to DSO, Cedre
Villas today to explain the project to prospective walk-in clients.

I have a list of my properties for sale and rent. I have been sharing them with
other agents, who now send me their inventory as well. I will be more active
on sending emails to other agents.

As discussed with you, I will only be focusing on rentals in Marina for now. Me
and Maria will be dividing the towers. I will be taking the towers that I have
previously been working on. I will give you the details once we divide, since
Maria is not available as of now.
