Being in a classroom for the entire year, afforded Ms. Lord the opportunity of seeing how to set up a classroom in procedures and aesthetics. (Ms.Lord has worked with her co-operating teacher and 6” grade team very well She has attended faculty meetings and PLC's which kept her on the same pacing while she began teaching in the classroom.
