To whom it may concern,

My name is Elin Frosch and I am completing my final semester at Texas A&M University-Commerce. I
expect to graduate on August 15, 2015 with a B.S.I.S. in All-Level Special Education Cum Laude, along
with a defended Honors Thesis.
Growing up in a foreign country provided me the unique opportunity to work with people from
diverse cultures, and backgrounds. Consequently, I developed strong cross-cultural skills and an ever
growing desire to learn.
I am student teaching in Allen ISD in a K-2 resource class and a Middle School ELA Resource class.
Through this experience I have learned how to accommodate, modify, and deliver instruction to
whole-class, small-group, and individual students.
My ambition is to use the knowledge and skills I have acquired to provide learning experiences that
enrich the lives of all students, regardless of their abilities. This, paired with my top five strengths:
developer, connectedness, empathy, belief, and positivity (Strengths Finder, 2011), makes me
confident that I will be a successful special education teacher at Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.
Thank you for your consideration. You may reach me at (713) 842-0275 or by e-mail at

Sincerely,
Elin J. Frosch
