Worker 1: Italian Beef with sauted Onions, Tomatoes, Green Bell

Peppers

Mise en Place
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 lb. of boneless beef
1 can of tomato paste
1 cup of beef broth
Half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 onion
1 tomato
1 bell pepper
1 cup of water

In a bowl, combine tomato paste,


red pepper flakes, and 1 cup of
water. Slice up onion, tomato and
bell pepper.
After all has been sliced, cut beef
crosswise, about 1 to 2 inches lon

in a skillet and set it on Medium-

High heat. When hot enough put


meat on skillet and cook for abou
five minutes or until browned. On

Begin plating with rest of food

Worker 3: Cranberry Lemonade

Mise en Place
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
7 limes
(.5) cup on unsweetened cranberry juice

Begin making a simple syrup


out of 1 cup of water and 1
cup of sugar. Let cool for 30
minutes in refrigerator. After
dropping off syrup in the
fridge, juice the limes.

Free Time

With your free time, try and


help workers 1 and 2 out by
asking them what they may
need or go to Manager if
help is not needed.

Grab pitcher and add syrup,


cranberry juice, lime juice,
water and ice. Mix it up and
taste to see if you need more
sugar or not.

Serve with food.

Worker 2: White Rice

Mise en Place
1 cup long-grain rice
(.5) teaspoon of salt
Directions

Grab a saucepan and pour


1.5 cups of water into it. Set
the pan on the stove and boil
water. After boiling, pour rice
and salt in the saucepan and
stir for about a minute.

After a minute of boiling rice,


lower the heat to simmer and
cover it for about 16 to 18
minutes.

10:05 AM

Take the rice off stove and let


it steam for about 10
minutes.

10:15 AM

Plate with everything else.

10:20 AM

Eat. Then clean up dishes


after meal.
