Start Cefuroxime 750 mg/IV (-)ANST q8
Antiobiotics on call to OR

IVF 30 gtss/min followed by D5NR1L same

Post op meds
Paracetamol 600 mg/ SIVP for 3 doses
Dolcet tab 1 tab 6 for pain
Cefuroxime 750 mg/ IV q8
