At the request of Shri. Mandar Prakash Kerkar we have to inform you as under:
Our Society is registered as a Co-operative Housing Society under the M.C.S.
Act 1960.
Our Building is fully constructed.
The Society has not raised any loan from any financial Institution and there is
no encumbrance, charge of whatsoever nature on the flat and building of the
Society.
The Flat No. 701 admeasuring 465 sq.ft. built up is situated on 7th floor of the
building known as Rashmi Harsh Co-op HSG Society G is in the possession
of Arun Hirdaynarayan Singh, Shubhangi Arun Singh.
Our Society has no objection fro purchasing & thereafter mortgaging the said
Flat No. 701 in our Society to your Bank to raise a loan and the society has
noted/ shall note the Banks charge on the said flat in its records.
The Society will not allow the transfer of the captioned flat or addition of any
name, in the Share Certificate without the prior written consent of your Bank.
