The base
(a-b) ^2 is the area of the square
inside. We do the b*h /2
In our case a*b/2, we take the area of
the four triangles which is (a-b)^2
And add them up which is 4ab/2 and
we get:
C^2= (a-b)^2+2ab
C^2=a^2-2ab+b^2+2ab
C^2=a^2+b^2
