    In this video Dan Pink talks about the evolution of humans that he has seen
    as he has been alive, as well as in the past 100 years or so. The way we go about
    our days now are completely different then in the past. Partially due to technology
    but also the way we were raised by our parents. In the past people specialized in a
    specific field, and that was their job for most if not all of their life. Nowadays, with
    the way the economy has changed and our technology advances, there is no
    specialization, we have to be very diverse in what we know. This gives us the best
    opportunity to be successful in the future and obtain and maintain a job.
