Tusiification for Evaluation: Miss Weidner set clear expectations when she delivered instructions. She would give directions in
several ways in order to meet the needs of al students. She would breakdown multi-step directions for those who needed them
repeated or reworded. She used formal as well as informal assessments in order to reteach or continue with a concept in her next
lesson. The students were engaged in discussions and participated with confidence. When students had given an incorrect answer she
‘gave positive feedback and moved on to another student with ease. Miss Weidner was able to create and deliver whole group and
small group lessons with differentiated instruction. Miss Weidner has shown great flexibility with last minute schedule changes and
‘meeting the needs of our students with challenging behaviors.
