Kristin worked with the other staff in the room insuring the safety and security of the child. The ‘documentation of behaviors and events was essential and Kristin maintained the essential records. In this program, behavioral outbursts are not an out for the academic work. Kristin continually provided engaging activates for the students. Kristin worked so well with the team of people in the program. There were several teacher and para pro staff who appreciated the skills Kristin brought with her. Asan observer, the team looked ‘as though they all worked together for a long time. Kristin demonstrated great communication and respect for all those she worked with. ‘There are so many qualities Kristin possesses that will contribute to your school community in such a significant way.
