I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Francesco Pagnotta who has been
instructing afterschool classes with Enfant & Compagnie.
As of March 2014, Francesco was assigned to educate and instruct school aged children
between the ages of 5-12 years old. In this role, he helped students develop skills needed
to be successful during a session. Francescos maturity and sensitivity were immediately
apparent.
Francesco is a skilled, professional educator. He quickly gains the confidence of the
students and the staff at Enfant & Compagnie. Francesco relates well with his students,
colleagues and parents.
During his time at Enfant & Compagnie, Francesco is involved with planning and
implementing activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social
needs of the children in an after school program. Francesco also ensures that the facility
used is clean, well maintained and safe at all times.
I have found Francesco to be an equable person with above average common sense, good
humor and a comfortable amount of self-confidence. In summary, Francesco is a
committed and competent educator. I believe Francesco would be a very valuable
