Thave probable cause to believe that on _04/18/2015_ yat_1501 Grand Ave in (ate) (Adress) Kansas City, Jackson __ Missouri _Skeen,Dennis A_ _ (County) (Name of Offender(s)) WM 09041976 _ committed one or more criminal offense(s). ~ ‘(Description of Identity) The facts supporting this belief are as follows: On 04/18/2015 at 0612 hours, Officers from the Kansas City, Mo Police Department responded to 1501 Grand Ave to contact A (WIT #1), (WIT #2), TT 3) in regard to a Rape, WITHI stated he was walking west bound on Truman Rd towards Grand Ave with WIT#2 and WIT#3. WIT# happened to look inside the business, Dukes on Grand, and observed the Victim unconscious on the floor by the bar, WIT#I observed that the VIC was naked from the waist down, face up, her legs were spread open with a unknown white male, later identified as Skeen, Dennis A in between her legs having sex with the VIC. WIT#1 stated the VIC was passed out and he was concerned that she was dead or injured. WIT#1 began pounding on the ‘window of the business to get the attention of Skeen. Skeen looked at WIT#I, stood up, covered the VIC's vagina with a bag and dragged her from the bar area towards a back room. WIT#2 stated he was walking west bound on Truman Rd with WIT#I and WIT#3. WIT#2 observed, inside the business at 1501 Grand Ave, a woman, unconscious with Skeen in between her legs having sex. WIT#2 then yelled at Skeen that he was calling 911. Skeen got up from in between her legs and began dragging the VIC to a hidden area inside the bar. WIT#2 believed that the VIC was not breathing and was seriously injured. WITH3 stated he was walking west bound on Truman Rd with WIT#1 and WIT#2, WIT#3 observed a Skeen hunched over the VIC who was naked from the waist down and her shirt was pulled up to her neck. WIT#3 began to bang on the window to get Skeen’s attention. Skeen then touched the VIC’s thigh area with his hands. Skeen got up and walked towards the back door. Skeen walked back to the VIC and began to drag her towards the back, 1e VIC wi ig at the bar with —_ ee couple o' beers. Skeen gave 2 shots to the VIC. Skeen refused and told the Detectives that he wanted his lawyer present if the Detectives planned on questioning him. A Detective reviewed the video surveillance inside the business. Video surveillance was obtained pursuant to a Search Warrant. On 04/18/2015 at 0541 hours the employees of the bar all appear to leave the front bar area. From 0544 hours to 0547 hours the VIC appears to become nonresponsive and Skeen is holding her. At 0549 hours Skeen lifts her head and appears to kiss her. At 0550 hours Skeen begins to adjust the VIC physically in the bar high chair. At 0554 hours Skeen places his left hand up under the VIC’s shirt and begins touching the VIC’s breasts. At 0555 hours Skeen puts his left hand down the front of the VIC’s shorts. At 0600 hours Skeen exposes the VIC’s left breast and places his mouth on the VIC’s nipple. At 0606 hours Skeen drags the VIC off of the bar chair she was sitting on to lay her on the floor. At 0607 hours Skeen exposes the VIC’s left breast again, At 0608 hours Skeen exposes the VIC’s vagina by pulling off her shorts.
