By signing this form, you agree to the Tournament Rules, Terms & Conditions set
by the SonicPeachProject and EB Games Swanston St. Any form of misbehaviour
is not acceptable and will result in disqualification in all tournaments.
EB Games Swanston St Staff and the SonicPeachProject Staff will be taking
photos and recording live footage of the event. These photos and recordings
maybe used for multimedia purposes.
For those who are the age of 12 or under must be with a Parent and/or
Guardian at all times during the period of the event. Any child within this age
group cannot be left unattended.
EB Games Swanston St and the SonicPeachProject will not be responsible for any
lost or stolen equipment.
All proceeds raised by this event go to the Starlight Children's Foundation.
