School District 129 To Whom It May Concern, Ihave had the pleasure of working with James Wallbaum in our 5" grade classroom from January to May of 2014. He is reliable, conscientious and dedicated to his craft. He takes initiative and is a true team player. He crafts solid, diverse lesson plans, yet is flexible to allow for unexpected paths of interest. He works hard at keeping the lessons fresh and interesting. He is quick to pick up on those students who are in need of remediation and those who need enrichment. James uses a variety of methods for assessing student performance and provides timely feedback on student work. James is tremendously reflective professionally and personally. He looks for areas of strength as well areas in need of change. James has made positive connections with his students and coworkers.
