In review, the NPDC team is respectfully requested to observe:
1) All attached reports were automatically generated without any Human Interfere
nce
2) The ParaOGBIS is configured by default to generate Reports using automatic to
tals from the Work Breakdown Structure values in the SAP PS Budget Module.
3) In addition ParaOGBIS has also been further enhanced with a GLBudget Register
for NPDC which makes it possible for NPDC to input specific annual budget total
s for for specific GL Accounts eg those Reported in the CAPEX Budgetary Control
Summary ( to take care of instances where the Budget Totals for specific GLs in
SAP PS Budget Module are believed by the NPDC Budget Officer to be incomplete or
incorrect relative to the actual values in NPDC)
P.S.
You are respectfully invited to observe that the OPEX Summary Reports of January
and February 2014 have INCOME sections, whilst those for February to June do no
t have income sections. This is correct because a quick search through the OPEX
Details (Line Items) imported from SAP shows that for March through June, there
are NO line items for the GL Income Items: 6011010 and 6011011.
