MOTHERS SURVIVAL
DURING WORLD WAR TWO,
AND THE ACCEPTANCE OF
HER SONS DECISION TO

HER HONOR.
PROFESSOR LISA
DIBARTOLOMEO BELIEVES
HEARING FROM A
HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR IS A
BIG DEAL.
Pretty soon, there are not going to
be very many Holocaust survivors
around. Uh, so this is a very
quickly diminishing resource that I
think its very important we all
take advantage of.
WHILE MIRIAMS SURVIVAL
STORY IS ONLY ONE OF
MANY, HER EVENTUAL
FORGIVENESS OF SUCH A
TRAUMATIC CHILDHOOD
WILL SERVE AS A LEARNING
TOOL FOR FUTURE
GENERATIONS.
I just do hope they walk away
with thinking about you know, the
history, and have an awareness
that this thing should not happen
again.
AFTER SPEAKING, MIRIAM
SIGNED AUTOGRAPHS AND
CREATED CUSTOM
DRAWINGS FOR HER NEW
FANS. ITS SAFE TO SAY
MIRIAMS STORY AND ART
WILL CONTINUE TO INSPIRE.
This room was packed tonight for
Miriams story leaving some
people sitting on the floor. Live
from Ming Hsieh Hall, Kristen
Tuell, WVU News, Morgantown.
