Midterm Exam

The midterm exam will be held on Friday, April 24th at 11:00 am in SSH100. It will
include the following topics: Monopolistic Competition (Ch. 12.1), Oligopoly (Ch. 12.2,
12.3, 12.4 and 12.5 (only the Dominant Firm Model)) and Game Theory and
Competitive Strategy (Ch. 13.1, 13.2, 13.3 (except Mixed Strategies), 13.4 (until
Infinitely Repeated Games) and 13.5), as covered in class. The exam will consist of a
mix of multiple choice and brief answer questions. You may be asked to solve
mathematical questions and draw the necessary graphs. You are required to bring a
bluebook, pen, pencil and a simple calculator. I'll discuss some sample questions in
class on Wednesday, 4/22. Good luck!
