Subconscious spaces: Do we shape them or do they

shape us?
Buildings are a vital part of human civilization, but we seem to be just
taking it for granted. As the users, do we realize the impact of humanbuildings connection?
While the debate between form follows function and function follow
form goes on, it seems appropriate to explore a deeper understanding of
spatial qualitys position in our lives. It is undeniable that we carry out our
daily tasks in various spaces, so here is the question:
Do we mold spaces based on our impression of daily lives set in our subconscious mind, or do we allow the spaces to shape our impression of
daily lives?

We shape our buildings; thereafter they shape us Winston Churchill

This argument hooks up onto the connection between memories and

architecture, as it seeks the relation between perception of the subjects
and their impacts on each other. By looking into this topic, a survey is
done with help from the public.
We live life not knowing what comes tomorrow, so memories play its part
on constructing our imaginary future. The same goes for architecture;
whether spaces are shaped based on our perception of life, or is life
shaped by perception of how lives resolve around buildings, the argument
remains a constant debate.
