Objective
As a highly effective educator for many years, I fell in love with the fact that I could change the
lives of my students through education. Since then, I have prepared and educated myself in order
to push beyond the four walls of my classroom and reach many more students. I want the
challenge of being a leader for students, teachers, and communities.

Key Accomplishments
From 2013-2014 to 2014-2015 the percentage of 5th grade students
passing the reading STAAR test (first administration) increased from 48%
to 63%. This is due to staffing reassignments, ELL interventions, and
teacher coaching.
