ObjectiveBrand Awareness and Customer Satisfaction Study of a Logistics Service Provider across its
customer base in 2 largest ports in India. The client had entrusted us to understand the brand
presence, brand perception and customer feedback on the range of logistics services provided by
them in India.

Study BriefRaygain had conducted 80 IDIs interviews with top and mid-level management persons of various
manufacturing companies, exporters and importers in 16 cities. Each interview had taken around 20
minutes and had been conducted by our fieldwork team through Face-to-Face (FTF) Interviewing
methodology. We had undertaken the complete fieldwork in around 12 days to gather all the data of
the 16 cities from the customers across 16 cities in India.
