Lesson (Bellringer) Idea Using Google Forms

Objectives:
Given a quadratic equation, students will be able to identify vertex, axis of symmetry, and
minimum and maximum point.
Methods:
At the beginning of the period, students will take the pop quiz on Google Forms as their
bellringer. Forms will be emailed to students.
The pop quiz will assess part of the previous days lesson objective (see above).
After students complete the bellringer, the teacher will go over the solution.
The teacher will use the results to help guide instruction.
Assessment:
Students will be given a pop quiz on Google Forms as a bellringer.
This formative assessment will assess the classs mastery of the previous days lesson
objectives.
