Provides users with the functionalities needed for
the support of their corporate processes.

Organization information will be more

Fast flow of work
Communication through media tools
Specialized applications

WEAKNESSES
It is too expensive,some organizations
cannot afford it.
Seniors in an organizations ranged
between 40-50 of age are more indulge in
old ways.
Cost of maintenance of equipment and
applications
Cost of replacement of equipment

RECOMMENDATION
A good plan will get the necessary
support, provided there is clear provision
for internal funding to support costs and
therefore improving ICT in organizations.
Tuition for ICT class can be made to
ensure seniors in an organizations learn
how to adapt to new technology
suroundings.
The employees must also be thaught how
to use the utilities more safely.

CONCLUSION

ICT is important in organizations to be more advance


and more knowledgable and to compete more
aggresively that other unimplemented ICT in their
organizations
