Inspired PRs Creative Director developed this image through

Photoshop and Indesign. It was made in order to promote the Ghost of


Governors Past event. Inspired PR wanted to create a brief message to
promote the event and its sponsors, as well as give readers
information about the event, such as: date and time. This was also a
way to thank and recognize the sponsors who donated food and
cocktails. As the Copy Director of Inspired PR, I made sure that the
content was efficient and did not have grammatical errors. We
promoted this post through social media; however, it was initially sent
out as an e-blast. The Old Governors Mansion manages a weekly eblast that serves as a newsletter to feature articles, the monthly
calendar and social share links sent to individuals through FHLs
Constant Contact email database. Inspired PR sent this out as an eblast on March 26. It was sent to current members of FHL through the
Constant Contact email database. This was another way for Inspired PR
to interact with members of FHL, reach our target audience, and keep
them informed about event details.
