PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Its a very delicious, healthy, fresh and full vitamins version of this
creamy drink.
Enjoy your spare time with a great substitute for dessert.

INGREDIENTS

1 plain yogurt
1 cup milk
250 gram pineapple
A little sugar, and
Ice

PREPARATION
-

Cut the pineapple and take the pieces to the blender, whit
the yogurt, milk, sugar and ice. Then blend everything and
serve in a glass with pineapple slices and we can enjoy this
pineapple smoothie.
