had the pleasure of knowing this respectful, hardworking, and dynamic young woman since her
sophomore year and can attest that these genuine qualities have factored into her academic and
extra-curricular success as well as her development into an upstanding citizen. Although from a
modest background, Brandys positive, spirited, balanced role model status is recognized and
appreciated by the Thunder staff and student body.
Brandy Cowardss transcripts alone can document her solid work ethic and potential for
academic success at the college level, evincing a consistent 3.0+ GPA throughout her high school
career; however, she has also been an outstanding athlete in fall and spring sports on Buhachs
Girls Basketball team and Track and Field team breaking records, ascending to team leadership
positions and qualifying as scholar athlete for most of her high school career. In addition,
Brandy has received district Student of the Month awards and is involved in community service
activities. Success in these endeavors is highly possible if one has a strong work ethic, is
respectful of the people and processes of an institution, and is caring of people and future
outcomes.
Brandy Cowards skills and talents have garnered her an opportunity to sign with UC Irvine to
continue to apply and develop her academic and athletic prowess. Undoubtedly, Brandy will
flourish on a college campus and/or in the workplace as she possesses the aptitude to succeed in
