I am writing to inform you that your child has completed the Leveled Literacy
Intervention lessons. Throughout the course of the lessons, your child
received intensive and explicit instruction in phonics, reading,
comprehension, and writing. Significant progress has been made in these
areas. In order to maintain and further advance your childs progress,
he/she will continue to need practice reading and writing each day. At school,
your child will continue to be closely monitored and may be recommended
for another reading intervention in the future in order to support him/her.
It has been a pleasure to work with you child and I celebrate their
accomplishments with you. Below, you will see the growth that your child
has made in his/her reading level. This growth has been a result of a
combined effort- home support, classroom support, and the Leveled Literacy
Intervention program.
