Lazadas Return Policy
You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:

You received a damaged item from the courier


Your item is faulty within fourteen (14) days of receipt (if problems arise after this period, do not
worry as most of our items come with original manufacturers warranty and you may go to the service
centre to claim the warranty)
The item(s) shipped to you is not what you ordered

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:

All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance at
the relevant service centre indicated on the warranty information
You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
The goods must be in an as new condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging
along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free
gifts received with it.
The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.

* Please note that for hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable.
If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please fill in the
form and send the item and the Manual Returns Form through PosLaju to:

Please keep the Tracking Number for the parcel provided by PosLaju to monitor your shipment to us.
We will conduct an evaluation within two (5) business days of receiving your returned items.
If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated in the
return form. We will also reimburse the courier charges to you together with your refund/store credit.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your
courier charges.
All Refunds are issued in the form of Lazada Store Credit Vouchers by default if the account number is not
provided of wrong (iPay88 and COD purchases and postage fees only).
