This service provides IT support for workgroup environments in a company on a remote or off-site basis. Users have access to help desk technicians of GB /T Solutions IT over the telephone and the Internet via Remote desktop. Such services may include, without imitation, installation, configuration, upgrades and regular maintenance. A separate work order will be issued for all other services, b. Identified Users may call 213.985.4987 when experiencing problem(s) on any Device(s). An Engineer may be attending to prior callers at the time of the call and hence may have to cue the call or return it as soon as possible, cc. The remote assistance shall be undertaken during normal working hours from 8:30am to 5:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays, The fee shall be Seven Hundred twenty US Dollars, ($720.00) per month.
