Dialogue with Dave or Diana

What is the big with this anyway? Why
should I care?

How is this comparable to genocide?

Are there groups who seemed to be

affected more?

Why shouldnt it be All Lives Matter

instead?

Police brutality is an ongoing problem

that has turned into what can be seen as
genocide of innocent people. You should
care because it could happen to you or
one of your loved ones .
Since 1999 1,000s of people have been
murdered by the police who were
unarmed, if this had been any other
person or group killing people at this
rate it would be seen as a genocide or a
state of emergency but because its a
program led by the government, they
always find ways to justify the
situation.
According to statistics it seems that
people of color are affected more, the
majority of unarmed citizens that are
murdered by police that are later either
not tried or acquitted are black males,
this is where the slogan Black Lives
Matter come from.
Black Lives Matter does not exclude any
other race or ethnicity from mattering it
just aims to emphasis that black lives
matter too and they deserve justice too.

Dont white people get murdered by

police too? Whats the difference?
Theyre not chanting white lives matter.

What is your purpose of writing this

research paper?

What can we do to change this?

The difference between white police

getting shot down by the police and any
other race getting shot down by the
police is when white people are shot
down, they are usually armed and if not
they police officer is brought to trial and
prosecuted and sentenced. But with an
overwhelming amount of P.O.C the
police never get sentenced or arent
even brought to trial
I want to spread awareness of a very
harsh reality many minorities have to
face and really deepen my knowledge on
the subject because originally I would
just go off what I saw on the news, but
now since I have read countless articles
and books and watched videos after
videos, I can saw that I am equipped to
take an educated stance on the topic.
The only thing we can do and have been
doing is protesting ant trying to stand up
for our civil rights and show the
government what the people they have
hire and sworn in to protect us, are the
ones that are actually causing the most
harm.
