Safety Committee

The Safety Committee is responsible for reviewing accident reports, regulatory notices, and workplace
safety concerns. Other responsibilities include:
reviewing work-related injury and illness statistics;
making recommendations to the Site Administrator on necessary corrective actions;
conducting periodic site inspections; and
reviewing the IIPP and recommending necessary revisions to the Site Administrator.

Outdoor Environment Committee

The Outdoor Environment Committee is responsible for the following:
Frequent meetings with all team members to discuss the outdoor program
Reviewing the outdoor program and ensuring that all the materials are in good condition.
Plan and arrange a cleaning schedule to organize the outdoor areas.
Make an inventory of the materials that need to be replaced.
Ensure that all areas are labeled
