Parent Advisory Committee

The Parent Advisory Committee is responsible to meet once a month with the parents of the Parent
Advisory Council. During the meetings, it is recommended that the conversations held are those of
collaboration, strategies and ideas on ways to improve our program:
Plan activities which will help increase student achievement
Plan fundraisers (guided and executed by the parents)
Any other recommendations to improve the quality of our program

Parent Workshops Committee

The Parent Workshop Committee coordinates various parent workshops to increase parent knowledge
of strategies that supports student learning, improve parent-child interactions and any other related
topics. Part of the responsibilities is to become aware of the various services offered in the
community and present those to the families we serve.
