The 3 to 5 Club provides free tutoring and mentoring for students in all grades. The club meets
from 3 pm to 5 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. University students volunteer as one-on-one
tutors for students and engage students in fun games after the tutoring session.

The purpose of the Blugold Beginnings Program is to educate and inspire students, especially
underrepresented, low income or first generation students, to believe that a post-secondary
education is important, attainable, and available at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and
other institutions.
Blugold Beginnings offers a variety of programs and services to promote a college-going culture
and to help students obtain a higher education. All students are provided with:
