April 14, 2015 To Whom It May Concern- Thave observed Mandy Chin during her student teaching at Avondale High School since January. Iam a Para edueator at the high school and have a number of students with IEP’s in her biology classes. She read the information provided to her about those students and has made every accommodation available to them, if they were willing to accept them. Mandy is very willing to seek alternative ways to help all students get the most out of her lessons. Mandy is one of the hardest working student teachers I have ever worked with. She possesses outstanding classroom management skills. She is firm but fair and it shows because the students not only show her respect, but also respect others in her classroom. have personally observed Mandy's friendly and very professional demeanor in the classroom, She is a great team player, collaborating with the other biology teachers.
