Topic: Zombie Apocalypse

Good evening delegates and honorable chair,

It has come to our attention that there is a zombie apocalypse in place. This
exceeds great danger for not only Australia but also for the rest of the world. We
have no knowledge of whether or not the rise of said zombies came from a disease
or where it came from but we suspect that it began with a virus. With no knowledge
of knowing where it came from, the only facts we are sure of about this apocalypse
is that the zombies are a great danger to us. Zombies are said to not have any
memories of who they are or were but the only thing they do know is how to spot
each other and that they eat flesh.
There is no reports of zombie attacks in Australia yet and we think that it is due to
the fact that the apocalypse commenced in other parts of the world and we also
believe that because the zombies do not have a working brain, that they cannot
swim or maneuver any vehicle that allows them into our island. Australia still
acknowledges that there is possibility of it affecting our country and definitely
effecting other countries.

We believe that the safest thing to do for the protection of our country is to
stop all transports from other countries into our own so that there is no chance of
someone with the zombie virus from getting in. We also know that there is grave
danger to other countries and so we decided that the best thing to do for the most
amount of people possible is to allow a limit of women and children who have been
explicitly checked by certified doctors to ensure that they do not have any virus,
into the country. That is all.
